What are the dates for the Festival?
Thursday through Sunday, July 3, 4, 5, and
6, 2008.
What are the hours for the Festival?
The official hours are 11am to 8pm every day.
Is there an admission fee to get in?
No. Currently the Festival is free for everyone to
attend, however in order to help sustain the cost of the
great programming we provide, patrons are welcome to
stop by any one of our information booths and give a
donation. Every little bit helps.

Will there be fireworks at the Westmoreland
Arts and Heritage Festival?
No. The Festival does not do a fireworks display, but there are
other local venues where you can go right after you leave the
Festival! Check the local papers for times and locations.

the shuttle buses to the Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival?
Shuttle buses are located at the
University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg on Mt. Pleasant Road off
Route 30. The cost is $2/round trip. Handicap shuttle buses are
available.

Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival?
Yes. There is off-site parking surrounding the Festival. Private
lots are provided by local home owners and rates vary. Parking at
the Festival is not under the jurisdiction of WAHF, therefore the
Festival does not have any control over rates, locations, or loss or
damage to vehicles.

pets to the Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival?
No. Twin Lakes Park is controlled by the Bureau of Parks &
Recreation. Park policy prohibits pets at the lower lake where the
Festival takes place. Please leave Fido at home.

handicap parking available at the Westmoreland Arts and Heritage ?
There is no handicap parking available on site that is provided
by the Festival. The Festival does offer
handicap accessible shuttle buses that run from the University
of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. Those who require handicap
accessibility may be dropped off/picked up at the entrances and
exits of the Festival. Park police are available for assistance.

Entertainment for all the groups who will be performing this
year. Acts vary so that the Festival may provide multiple genres of
music to suit everyone’s taste.

We need volunteers to help coordinate the shuttle buses, children’s
area, information booths, drink booths, etc. You even get a special
edition volunteer pin designed especially for you as our thanks!

How can I become a member and help support the Festival?
Easy! If you would like to help out but can’t lend your time,
you can send us a donation. Your valuable dollar helps bring our
community outstanding arts and entertainment each year. For just $20

Applications for crafts, arts, and humanities can be downloaded
for free from our website. If you would like to receive a hard copy
via mail please send us a self addressed stamped envelope indicating
the application you would like to receive.
